Marc Simons of Marc Simons Builders, Inc. has been building quality homes in Columbia County since 1986. Marc is a second generation builder who grew up helping his dad build and develop neighborhoods. Marc attended Georgia Tech and recieved a degree in Mechanical Engineering but returned home to follow what he loves to do. Marc takes personal pride in every home he builds as if it were his own. He is well known in Columbia County for his workmanship and unbelieveable quality. Marc will not spare expense for quality and chooses only the finest materials and sub-contractors.

For the last ten years Marc has been building oinly Custom Built Homes and just recently decided to build homes for sale finding it a privilege to build with the quality home builders in Berkley Hills. He is looking forward to building some of the designs he thinks the customer will appreciate, with the quality of his Custom Built Home.

Marc is married to Terry Simons who helps in designing and decorating the homes. He has three beautiful children and attends West Acres Baptist Church.
